I am in my seventies, and I’m passionate about healthy ageing.
Sadly there’s so much negativity out there with people in their forties or fifties worrying about getting old. 
Around a quarter of people over 65 are depressed. It’s estimated that, on average, people spend the last 20% of their life suffering from ill health.
